I had the pleasure of cutting my clients hair for the Locks of Love Foundation the other day and I must say, starting my day like that was AMAAAAZZING! Locks of Love is a Non-profit Organization that provides Prosthetic Wigs for children who suffer from long-term hair lose through donations of hair from people like You and I! Your hair needs to be at least 10" long and cut off in a ponytail. Hair that has been colored may not be used due to the chemical process for manufacturing. Hair is such a big part of our outer image and to help build a child's self-esteem is priceless. I myself have been working on a project, I take a percentage of every extension service I provide and use it toward Lace-front Wig Units being made to donate to Children suffering from hair lose due to Cancer Treatment.
